They carried their bags inside. The cabin smelled like musky wood and old books, but that was part of the charm. A fireplace stood against the far wall, with logs beside it. The only furniture was a worn-out couch, a wooden table, and a bed in the corner. It wasn’t much, but it was what they wanted.
