Julia pressed closer to the glass wall, watching the movements under the water. One hippo rested near the back, eyes peeking above the surface. Another, smaller, floated near its side.
Julia raised her phone to take a picture, smiling. “Look at the baby,” she said. David’s hand slipped into his pocket, gripping the ring box tightly, his palms now sweaty.
