Alice sighed and stood up, glancing around to see if anyone else was near. She couldn’t just leave the animal out here since it looked to be all by itself, and given that it was just an infant.
Taking wild animals inside her cabin was against park rules, but this odd situation didn’t give Alice much of a choice.
