The police captain was alerted, and shortly thereafter, an entire squadron was called in for briefing. They discussed a plan of attack, involving surrounding the building and arresting those involved.
Bob wasn’t allowed to be part of the briefing, so a few remaining officers escorted him back to his car, which was parked down the road.
