Later that day, a delivery truck arrived at Mr. Crane’s house, carrying heavy metal crates. Eli watched as Mr. Crane struggled to carry them one by one, disappearing through a thick steel door in the bunker-like slab that Eli hadn’t noticed before.
The sight made Eli’s imagination start to run wild. “What is that thing?”
