Mr. Miller frowned and thought for a moment. “Does this have anything to do with the water pressure?” he asked, looking genuinely puzzled.
David glanced at him, surprised by the question. “Water pressure?” he repeated, not sure what the neighbor was getting at or why he mentioned it now.
